In this project, the automated seafood processing system integrates a range of critical functions, encompassing weighing, labeling, packaging, inspection, and batch traceability. Each workstation along the production line is equipped with a full IP66/IP69K rated industrial panel PC, enabling real-time data acquisition and seamless interaction with electronic scales, barcode scanners, label printers, and PLC controllers. Boasting exceptional water and dust resistance, the application can withstand high-pressure water jets for sanitization purposes without succumbing to the risks of corrosion or system failure.
