Beverage Processing Line with Taicenn Industrial Computing Hardware

Background:
The automatic production line of beverage industry is the automation of a series of processes such as ingredients, filling, sealing and labeling in the process of beverage production. In recent years, with the continuous growth of beverage market demand and the improvement of consumers’ requirements for product quality, beverage production enterprises have increased their investment in automated production lines. Automated production lines can not only improve production efficiency, reduce labor costs, but also ensure the quality and stability of products. At present, the advanced automatic production line has been able to realize the whole automatic control from raw material processing to finished product packaging, greatly improving the overall technical level of the beverage industry.

Project Description
In Beverage automated production line, a closed-loop digital construction plan is formed for customers based on software and hardware platforms such as PLC, industrial computing, MES system, thereby reducing the impact of human factors on product quality and establishing a product process traceability mechanism. TAICENN industrial computing hardware solution products help this customer to reduce energy consumption or pollution, and increase the production quality.
First, embedded computer with PoE feature can connect with sensors and control equipment on the production line. The PoE (Power Over Ethernet) capability of this PC meant that separate power lines were unnecessary, which directly addressed the customer’s need to minimize wiring.
second, quality inspection and traceability after beverage filling: Industrial monitor can be used for data collection and recording during the quality inspection process, coupled with machine vision inspection and defect identification. These data can be associated with product batch information to achieve product traceability and quality control.

What Taicenn do?
After analyzing their needs, Taicenn provides our PoE functional Box PC TBOX-3D30 and industrial panel mount monitor TM-PCA150W in this project.
