Project Description:
In Beer automated production line, a closed-loop digital construction plan is formed for customers based on software and hardware platforms such as PLC, industrial computing, MES system, thereby reducing the impact of human factors on product quality and establishing a product process traceability mechanism; TAICENN industrial computing hardware solutions and products can help beer enterprises use digital technology to reduce energy consumption, reduce pollution, and maintain a competitive advantage.
First of all, in terms of production monitoring and control, fanless industrial panel pc can be connected with sensors and control equipment on the production line to monitor and control parameters such as temperature, pressure, and flow in the production process in real time. Through the visual digital interface, the operator can easily monitor the running status of the production line, and make necessary adjustments and controls.
secondly, quality inspection and traceability after beer filling: Industrial touch monitor can be used for data collection and recording during the quality inspection process, coupled with industrial machine vision inspection, for automated quality inspection and defect identification. These data can be associated with product batch information to achieve product traceability and quality control.
